Who we are
RipperDoc Computer Repair Shop is a cooperative project between different repair specialists with a wide range of experience and services. The repair shop was founded by Alexey Lavrov, an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, who is also acknowledged as the author and moderator of the logi.wiki project, as well as a moderator of the former RRG (Rossmann Repair Group) Discord server. We strive to provide the best services directly to our customers, avoiding the "salesman" perspective of overselling and overcharging customers. Our main principle is transparency and fairness in the repairs we perform; for example, you might hear "I wouldn't fix it if that were my device" from the technician if we recognize your device as an unstable or failure-prone model. We also work with the policy "no fix, no fee," which means you do not have to pay for diagnostics, and there are no charges for the rare cases of failed repairs.
